The destruction of the skin from ageing is apparent in the upper part of the dermis, and is called age-band, or black-band. Here the connective tissue has lost the structure that keeps the skin firm and elastic. It is this tissue which Vivida affects and rejuvenates. The tissue significantly regenerates in three to four months, and the age-band will partly or completely disappear.

A good and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle in general form a good basis for skin care. Moderate sunbathing strengthens and revitalizes the skin, but too much sun eventually results in dryness and wrinkles. External treatments alone is not enough to keep the skin young. Vivida moisturizes the skin and restores it from within.

The Vivida products have been subjected to a 21-day irritation test. A reaction may occur if a person is allergic to fish, however, in most cases there is no reaction. If a person gets asthma or an allergic reaction from eating fish, then Vivida is not recommended.

The most common problem - but a temporary one - is the possibility of getting pimples. This is in fact a natural reaction since the active ingredient in Vivida activates the sebaceous glands, and the pimples will normally disappear within two weeks. This is why Vivida is not recommended for people with a severe acne condition.
Unprescribed oral treatments should, as a rule, be avoided during pregnancy or breast feeding. Vivida is not recommended for pregnant women: nature has its own way of renewing a woman's body.

Depending on the skin, Vivida should be used for 3-4 months to obtain the best results. It is also important to maintain the results achieved after the initial treatment period, and one tablet a day is recommended for this purpose.
